Main objective of the WellBe project is to improve competences of adult trainers to provide quality and inclusive adult learning in blended learning environments.
How? By developing and piloting an online training program to bridge training and coaching, targeting adult trainers and equipping them with coaching competences and tools to be embedded in their daily work with adult learners.
Our team will be happy to share our expertise in the field of design thinking and training of young persons and adults.
