We are happy to announce that in 2018 we have the opportunity to work with 24 patients organisations from more than 20 countries under the aegis of European Patients Forum within the framework of a capacity building programme with a focus on Empowering Leadership and Positive Governance. This module aims at strengthening patient organisations leaders’ empowering leadership and positive governance.
The programme will include two international trainings in Bratislava, Slovakia and in Warsaw, Poland, followed by a period of individual and group online coaching sessions. The coaching phase aims to help participants to become more confident and skillful in leadership and positive governance and in forging relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders. As a completion of the module, our team will design and develop a TOOLKIT on empowering leadership and positive governance to serve patient organisation in their day to day work.
