|EU-Program:||Erasmus+, KA2, Strategic Partnerships for adult education|
|Coordination:||Centrul de Resurse pentru Educatie si Formare Profesionala (Romania)|
|Duration:||November 2019 – October 2021|
Voice UP equips adult trainers with the adequate methodology (Voice UP Guide for Training) and resources (Voice UP Online Training Activities and Voice UP Empowerment Game) in effective teaching of their courses to disadvantaged women who are trying to return to the job market. In terms of expected results our project will produce 3 intellectual outputs, 190 disadvantaged women learners will be engaged in adult education courses based on these outputs, 60 adult trainers will use the outputs and 1200 stakeholders will be reached by the project and its outputs.
The selected concept relies on empowerment and the understanding that one of the driving factors for sustainable employment is through fostering individuals’ motivation for learning and development.
In line with Erasmus+ for 2019 objectives related to supporting individuals in acquiring and developing basic skills and key competences, in order to foster their employability and socio-educational and personal development, the project consortium from Romania and Bulgaria, Austria, Italy and Norway addresses disadvantaged women learners who face different situations limiting their opportunities, such as low qualification, lack of upper secondary education, economic difficulties, cultural and ethnic differences as their final beneficiaries.
