Approach – How to Apply Practical and Successful Work Styles in Training Situations

Our diversity leadership manual, developed as part of the APPROACH project is in its final stage of development.

In the manual trainers get to know different approaches to managing multicultural groups of adult learners and how to embed them in adult education context, including supporting working documents and templates. The manual is based on diversity leadership as Multi-Layered Approach and positive psychology and our know-how, as follows: elements of the constellation method and storytelling (NL), theatre training elements in adult education (BG and AT) and engagement strategies from civic education, coaching and specific Dragon dreaming methodology[1] (UK).

Part of the development process was the organisation of focus groups in each country to test and validate the manual content.
